RTE star Maura Derrane cut to the chase yesterday to launch a badge encouraging women to get tested for cervical cancer.
She was in Kazumi hiar salon in Dublin at the launch of European Cervical Cancer Prevention Week which is promoted by the Irish Family Planning Association.
All 330 salons of the Irish Hairdresser Federation will help distribute the badges.
