IFPA's popular medical training course for doctors and nurses will be run on Saturday 1 & Sunday 2 October, 2011.
The training programme, which has been running since 1977, is designed to give family doctors, nurses and other medical practitioners the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a family planning service of high medical standard.
The post-graduate education programme comprise two days of theoretical training and six sessions of practical training. The programme is certified by the Joint Committee of Family Planning and have An Bord Altranais Category 1 approval.
