IFPA Medical Service operates two family planning clinics, one in Cathal Brugha Street in Dublin city centre and one in the Square Shopping Centre in Tallaght. Both clinics offer a range of sexual and reproductive health services to private and medical card clients.

The IFPA Counselling Service provides a safe and completely confidential space for anyone who needs to explore their feelings around their crisis pregnancy and the options they feel are open to them. IFPA Centres offering professional crisis pregnancy counselling are located in Cork, Dublin City, Dundalk, Galway, Gorey, Letterkenny, Limerick, Monaghan, Sligo, Tallaght and Waterford.
The IFPA Education and Training Department provides a selection of specialist training courses and education resources for people working in the area of sexuality education, for parents and community groups.
The IFPA Advocacy and Communications Department is responsible for all media queries, public events and the development of the IFPA's policy position on all aspects of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Ireland and internationally.
